Pickup Orders

Pickup orders are available for all orders and must be scheduled in advance. A minimum order of one hafl pan ($75) applies to all pickup orders unless otherwise noted and agreed upon by both parties. Pickup times are scheduled within 15 minute windows. Clients are responsible for arriving on time, as food is prepared to be fresh at the scheduled pickup time. Orders not picked up within 30 minutes of the schedule dtime may be subject to quality limitations, and we cannot guarantee food temperature or condition for late pickups. Pickup orders do not include setup, serving utensils, or on-site service unless requested and confirmed in advance. Clients are responsible for safe transport, handling, and storage of food once the order has been picked up. Changes and cancellation timelines for pickup orders follow the same 48-hour policy as all other orders. Failure to pick up an order without notice will result in forfeiture of payment.

Delivery

Delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of our kitchen. A flat fee of $20 applies to all orders within the delivery zone. Deliveries beyond 10 miles may be accommodated for an additional mileage fee and are subject to availability. Delivery includes drop-off only, unless additional setup or on-site services have been requested and confirmed in advance. Delivery times are scheduled within 30-minutes arrival window to allow for traffic and operational conditions. While we will make every effort to arrive as close to the requested time as possible, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Once the order has been delivered and accepted, responsibility for the food and quality of the product transfers to the customer.

Minimum Order Requirements

A minimum order of two full pans ($290) is required for all delivery orders. This minimum applies before delivery fees, taxes, or any additional services. Orders that do not meet the minimum may be eligible for pickup only, subject to availability.

Changes to Orders

All catering orders and delivery details must be finalized at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Changes requested within 48 hours of delivery, including but not limited to quantity adjustments, changes to delivery time, or location changes, are subject to availability and may result in additional fees. We cannot guarantee accommodations of last-minute changes once food preparation has begun.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time to avoid cancellation charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery may result in forfeiture of the delivery fee and partial or full charge of the order total, depending on preparation status. Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

Setup & Access Requirements

Delivery includes curbside or lobby drop-offs unless otherwise arranged. Clients are responsible for ensuring that delivery drivers have clear access to the location with legal parking options for the duration it takes to deliver the products. Client must provide the company with any and all required permits, security clearance documents, or loading instructions at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Additional fees may apply if delivery requires excess wait times, long-distance carrying, stairs, elevators, or special access accommodations that were not disclosed in advance. If delivery access is delayed or denied due to client-provided information being incomplete or inaccurate, we are not responsible for food quality or timing impacts. 

Food Safety & Responsibility

Food is prepared and packaged to meet safety standards at the time of delivery. Once delivered and accepted, we are not responsible for maintaining food temperature, storage conditions, or quality if items are not served promptly or stored properly.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to fulfill delivery obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic incidents, accidents, weather conditions, or emergencies.
